Since graduating from Long Beach State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Rick has been a working professional in the mortgage and finance industry.

As an established member of the mortgage community, Rick has spent years accumulating comprehensive and thorough mortgage competence through participation in further education programs gaining him “subject matter expect” certifications.

With over 20 years of proficiency in the mortgage industry, Rick has a wealth of knowledge and expertise with mortgages for first-time homebuyers, seasoned homeowners, and savvy investors. Over the last 20 years, Rick has continued to stay relevant and educated in every aspect of the industry by participating in supplementary certification trainings as well as offsite trainings with lender partners. The mortgage industry has proven to be his true vocation and passion.
